Book Review: Disney Descendants School of Secrets (book 4 of 4): Lonnie's Warrior Sword by Jessica Brody

Summary :Lonnie is the daughter of Mulan. She's strong. She's fearless. And she's willing to fight for what she wants. Like the very special  sword  that once belonged to her mother.

Why? The reason I liked this book is because  it was an interesting story about a Descendants character who has a smaller part  in the movie and that isn't in the third movie so its a cool way to learn about her.

Book Review: Twin Troubles (Full House Stephanie) by Mary Wright, 1994

Summary : When Stephanie Tanner's school library needs a fundraiser, she joins the committee with her friend's Darcy and Allie. Unfortunately, her Aunt Becky tells her she needs to babysit her 2 year old cousins Nicky and Alex  every Tuesday.  

Stephanie agrees but she secretly takes the twins to her school to work on the fundraiser . Is that the right thing to do? Will anybody find out she wasn't doing a good job babysitting? Find out in the book!

Why ? I like this book because it is an interesting pretend story based on the tv show Full House. I also like it because there is a really funny song in it that goes:

Book Review: Disney Descendants School of Secrets: Carlos's Scavenger Hunt by Jessica Brody

Summary: Before Carlos De Vil left his home on the Isle of the Lost to go to Auradon Prep, his mother, Cruella De Vil gave him a special dog collar bracelet. 

Cruella De Vil told Carlos that when he wore the dog  collar, whoever he commanded something to that person would obey him!

A few moths later, Carlos was one of the best students in his class in Auradon Prep. His classmates and friends don't  think of him as the villain, Cruella De Vil's son. They think of him as Carlos "the side kick" and he  nice guy you ask for help from. Carlos likes being the nice guy and good friend but he still wishes he could be known as  the hero or the leader instead . 

Will he teach his friends he's a leader? Find out in the book.

Book Review: Full House Sisters One Boss Too Many by Devra Newberger Speregen

Summary : Michelle and Stephanie think that their camp, Camp OutaSight,  will be really fun. Michelle can't wait to make new friends , and Stephanie can't wait to become the best Junior Counselor she can be.  

When a Senior Counselor named Parker gives Stephanie all her chores, she decides to dump them all on Michelle and her friends.

How will Michelle and her friends get out of the extra chores? Find out in the book .

why ? I liked this book because it was an interesting story that every thing that happens in it is not what you would expect. The one thing that I didn't like about this book was the Michelle and her friends were doing mean pranks to Stephanie that weren't nice. 

Scary scale: 1

The only reason why this book is scaly is because Michelle and Stephanie's mom died , but it doesn't happen exactly in the story, it happens before the story .

Why ? : because its an interesting book that is surprising in a good way

Why ? The only reason why it is scary is because Stephanie's mom died , but they only say it once in the beginning of  the book. She doesn't die in the story but she died before the story.

How to make Disney Frozen's Olaf out of Crayola Air-Dry Clay

Are you a fan of Disney's Frozen? Do you find Olaf hilarious? I know there are many Olaf toys but I wanted to make my own!

I used Crayola Air-Dry Clay, a safety pin  and the following paint colors: black , orange , and white.

Book Review: Disney High School Musical 2: The Junior Novel (Junior Novelization) by N.B. Grace

Summary : When the school year ends for the students of East High, everyone is ready for summer!

Book Review: Disney Frozen II Forest of Shadows An Original Tale by Kamilla Benko

Summary: When Queen Elsa is about to leave for her grand tour, a  mysterious blight strikes Arendelle with causes her to postpone her trip so she can help her people!

Not long after, Elsa's sister. Princess Anna, finds a secret that was hidden from them by their parents: a room was filled with books about magic. Anna think it might have the answers of how the blight came and how to stop it. 

While looking through a book, Anna finds a spell to make all your dreams come true. Anna tries it out, hoping that it will make things better but instead makes her nightmare of a wolf come true!

Why ? Because it is an interesting story in between Frozen 1 and 2 that once you start reading it you just can't stop but it is also kind of scary.

Summary: When Michelle Tanner's teacher tells the class about the kids science fair and contest, Michelle's friend Lucas asks her to do the art for his science project. She agrees. 

A few minutes later, her friends Cassie and Mandy ask her to be on their team. When Michelle says she can't, they try to convince her to quit Lucas' team. Michelle lies to them that she did. But is that the right thing to do?

Book Review: Disney Frozen II The Deluxe Junior Novelization Special Edition

Summary: When Queen Elsa of Arendelle hears a mysterious  voice calling her, she follows it and accidentally awakens the magical sprits of nature: Air, Fire, Water and Earth. 

The spirits are angry and they force everyone out of the kingdom. Elsa decides to go to the enchanted forest to find out who is calling  her but she doesn't go alone. She goes with her sister Anna and her friends Olaf, Kristof and Sven.

Why? I like this book because it is the novelization of Disney's Frozen 2 and I love that movie! I also like it because it has pictures from the movie

Full House Michelle How to Be Cool by Suzanne Weyn

Summary: In Michelle Tanner's 4th grade class, they pass around a slam book where kids write what they think about the kids in their class. When Michelle looks at her page, she sees kids write things like "not much" and "nice", that makes Michelle think the kids in her class think she's boring and not cool.

Michelle decides to act cool by getting fake tattoos and dying her hair. But is that who Michelle really wants to be? Find out in the book!

Why?: Because it is a good book about being yourself that is based on a tv show from the 90's.

Summary : When Michelle Tanner and her best friend Cassie get to school, they meet their new classmate,  Mandy.

After they meet, the teacher assigns Michelle to be Mandy's study buddy. They will have to be together and Michelle has to help her get used to her new school. At first, Michelle liked Mandy a little bit but as they spend more time together, Michelle begins to like her more and more  

When  Cassie sees them hanging out so much, she gets jealous and begins to not like Mandy. What will Michelle do when her best friends don't get along? Find out in the book!

Lucky, Lucky Day (Full House Michelle) by R.L. Stine

Summary: While  Michelle Tanner is playing softball, a girl on the other team insults her about her old mitt.  After the insult, Michelle  starts to want a new mitt but she also knows the this mitt is special to her family. 

Later that day, she gets a letter that says she won $2 ,000 .   that's enough for Michelle to get a new mitt for her and her friends but first she has to wait till the money comes in. Later in the day, she tries to get advice from her Aunt Becky  about whether she should get the mitts but Becky gets confused and thinks Michelle wants to buy the softball mitts for poor kids on her team and gives her money. 

When Michelle tries to get advice from her Uncle Jesse, he also misunderstands and does the same thing . Every time Micelle tries to get advice someone in her family, someone gives her money! 

How will Micelle stop them from giving her money and will she pay them back? Find out in the book!

Summary :  Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Sven and Olaf go on an adventure to find the Enchanted Forest when Elsa hears a strange voice call her and she awakens the 4 sprits of nature: Earth, Fire, Water, and Air. Why is the voice calling Elsa? What is in the Enchanted Forest? find out in the book.

Why? Because it is a really interesting way to tell the story of Disney Frozen II It doesn't say the whole story but it makes frozen II more fun and interesting.

Why? Because there are no scary monsters or scary villains.

Book Review: Liv and Maddie: Sisters Forever (Disney Junior Novel) by Lexi Ryals

Summary: When 15 year old Hollywood star Liv Rooney comes back to  her home in Wisconsin, all the Rooneys are happy to see her again especially her twin sister, Maddie. 

Even though Liv and Maddie are twins and best friends, they very different . Liv loves to wear dresses, singing and makeup. Maddie wears glasses, loves to play basketball and doesn't care about fashion. But  even though they are different, they will always be best friends. 

Not long after Liv moves back  into her old house, Maddie tells her a secret : she wants the guy she has a crush on to ask her to the dance. When Liv hears that,  she knows he has to do something! 

She decides to ask Maddie's crush,  Diggie, to take her to the dance pretending to be Maddie but he says no.

Book Review: The Lady's Slipper: A Melody Mystery (American Girl Beforever Mysteries) by Emma Carlson Berne

Summary: It is the 1960's and  Melody is going to a festival with her cousin, Val . When they get there, Melody meets a 14 year old  Jewish girl named Leah and they become friends. 

All day Leah and Melody talk  but Leah seems to be hiding something . Not long after, Val and Melody began handing out flyers to give African Americans a home. While they where giving out signs, Melody notices Leah fighting with a someone.

Who is that person, what are they fighting about and what is Leah hiding? Find out in the book!

Why? I like  this book because it is an interesting way to learn about the past and I also like it because it has a Jewish character in in the book. The main reason why I like it is because its a super interesting mystery book!

Book Review: Disney Desecendants 2 Junior Novel by Eric Geron

Summary: Mal , Evie, Carlos and Jay are the children of terrible villain's  but they have moved on since the Mal, daughter of Maleficent is about to become a lady of the court. 

Evie is a fashion designer , and Jay and Carlos are on the school's fencing team. They were all fitting in so well. Well, not all of them. Under all the pressure to be lady of the court is too much for Mal so she goes back to the Isle of the Lost where she grew up. When Ben and her friends find out, they go to the Isle of the Lost to bring her back ! 

Will Mal come back? Find out in the book!

Why? I Really like the book because it explains everything that happens the movie of Descendants 2 more clearly. For example, when there is someone whispering, I don't her it in the movie but I understand what happens in the book.

Book Review: Penny and her Marble by Kevin Henkes

Summary:  Penny and her doll Rose were walking on the side walk , when Penny finds a marble on Miss Goodwin's lawn. Not jut any marble:  a shiny and blue marble that looked like a piece of the sky. The marble was so pretty that Penny took it home. But does it really belong to her? Find out what happened in the book!

Star Rating : 5 stars 

Why? Because it is a really cute book about a mouse who finds a marble and takes it home, but later realizes it doesn't belong to her and gives it back.

Why? Because there are no parts of the book with fighting or monsters.
